How to use our Service Repair Portal

Welcome to the Staffs Fitness Service Repair Portal.

In this area you will be able to log any faults or problems with your fitness equipment and arrange a repair or book a visit with one of highly trained service technicians.

 

How to use:

To use this area simply choose "Submit a ticket" from the options on our customer access portal homepage.

This will allow you to LOG an issue with our support team by entering the details of your equipment ... Make / Model / Serial Number and the nature of the fault.

 

To view any existing tickets:

Existing TicketTo view your existing tickets simply choose "View Existing Tickets" from the options on our customer access portal homepage.  You will need the Ticket Tracking ID which will be sent to you via email once your ticket is raised. 

You can also click the link contained within your email to view the status of your ticket.

 

Ticket Lifespan:

A ticket can remain active for as long as required by YOU the customer. If after 21 days, no reply has been received or no action taken, your ticket will automatically close. If for any reason you believe your ticket has closed without your issue being satisfactorily rectified please contact us direct on 01538 387960.
