Repair and Service
At Staffs Fitness Ltd we pride ourselves in looking after our customer’s kit as if it were our own. We pro-actively service machines to ensure they are in the best possible condition and we only ever recommend the need for parts when it is absolutely necessary. We maintain an asset register of all the kit we service and repair, detailing each machine, its performance history and repair costs to ensure that our customers have complete understanding and visibility.
The benefits of regular servicing are proven to reduced breakdowns and longevity of equipment. We are committed to getting the best out of your equipment. All our customers have different requirements dependant on the type of gym, fitness establishment or centre you look after.

Ad Hoc Repair
Sometimes, for genuine reason a piece of fitness equipment just needs fixing. You can give us a call and we will arrange to diagnose, quote and fix any piece of fitness equipment. As long as the part is still available!
One Off Service
A single preventative maintenance service for some or all of your fitness equipment. Our service will leave you in the full knowledge that your equipment has gone through a thorough service and inspection ensuring that the equipment meets health and safety regulations. Any defects will be identified and reported clearly listing the priority of the repair and the associated cost. This information will enable you to make informed choices around the ongoing maintenance of your kit.
An annual contract means your equipment will be scheduled for service a year in advance. In a commercial environment we recommend either a once or twice a year service. Customers benefit from reduced call out and labour rates outside of the service and can log calls via our on line web portal. An asset register is also maintained of all machines, parts fitted and spend over time.
An all-inclusive service contract allows you to have all your equipment serviced and maintained. It also covers unscheduled call-outs and parts. This enables you to forecast your equipment running costs in advance with the reassurance that you will not receive unexpected costs. The price will be agreed in advance based on your inventory, how many services you require in the year and whether you required wear and tear parts to be included or excluded from the price. All repair calls can be logged via our on line web portal. An asset register will also be maintained of all machines, parts fitted and spend over time.
For a variety of reasons - equipment take over’s, re-financing etc., you may need to know the value and condition of your equipment. Our engineers will attend site and capture vital information on your estate. The depth of information will be agreed beforehand and then entered into our bespoke database. From here clear reports can be drawn to suit your needs.
