Delivery

Standard Timescales:

Expected delivery is within 6 business days.

Express Delivery (This service temporarily suspended as a result of Covid)

Order before 3pm for delivery within 48 hours. Available on selected products only and subject to availability. Friday after 3pm, Saturday and Sunday orders will normally be delivered on a Tuesday.

One Man Pallet Delivery:

Expected delivery is 3 to 5 business days. All deliveries are made Monday – Friday between 8am and 5pm. These are curbside only. We advise having two persons available to help the courier with larger or heavy deliveries. Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.

Parcel Delivery:

All parcels will require a signature.

Installations:

Installations are generally always a two-man service and are booked in advance with the customer. Installations are normally within 7-10 days of an order being paid for.

Commercial/Business Orders Delivery:

For commercial gyms/studios please call the sales team to discuss delivery and installation options.

Delivery times can increase during busy periods of the year. Please call to confirm current lead times if you require a quicker or dated delivery.

Delivery Prices:

All delivery prices are based on the total value of any order and start at £4.99.  Spend over £1000 (prices before VAT) with us on one order (with items purchased at the same time) and your delivery charges will be free.

Staffs Fitness reserves the right to amend delivery prices at any time.
