Terms & Conditions
Staffs Fitness will be entering into a contract to supply Goods and Services to you the Customer. These terms and conditions will apply to every contract, unless varied by alternative Staffs Fitness terms and conditions.
All products are subject to availability.
Most products are delivered flat packed to you the customer and will require assembly by you. Installation is available for an additional charge.
Buying Items and Services
Staffs Fitness has the following ways for you the customer to place an order:
Internet, Telephone, E Mail, Fax.
Only when Staffs Fitness. has notified you the customer of acceptance of the order by dispatch of the order acknowledgement or on receipt of a purchase order shall the contract between Staffs Fitness and you the customer be deemed to be made.
Any quotation issued by Staffs Fitness will have a time validity period shown on the quotation. After this time period the quotation will be rendered invalid and a further quotation be issued, or the original one honoured at Staffs Fitness discretion.
Any quotation is made on the understanding that it will be accepted in full. In the event of partial acceptance of the quotation by you the customer a written revised quotation may be sent by Staffs Fitness.
Submission of a quotation in no way obliges Staffs Fitness to proceed with an order, and they may withdraw the offer of sale at any time.
All orders must be paid in full before they are shipped or ordered from the Supplier. This includes any order that is place on backorder for you because it is out of stock.
Any orders which include bespoke items manufactured uniquely for a particular customer will be payable in full and will not fall into the normal distance selling regulations.
Credit and Debit Card Orders
If the card holder's address is different from the delivery address you the customer may be required to provide additional information. A Staffs Fitness representative will contact you if this is required.

If you wish to place an order via the e mail or fax please call us first to make sure that we have the necessary information to enable us to process your order.
How to Pay
The price for the Goods and Services are as stated on the Order Acknowledgement and are fully inclusive of VAT at the standard rate.
All prices on Staffs Fitness price list are provisional and shall be subject to variation without notice.
The price does not include carriage and installation on deliveries within Mainland UK unless otherwise stated in writing.
The price does not include carriage and installation on deliveries outside Mainland UK, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Staffs Fitness reserves the right to amend the price to cover any alterations in labour, raw materials, transport or production costs or changes in foreign exchange rates in the event that completion of delivery is delayed for any reason beyond the vendor's control.
Staffs Fitness Price Match
If you find that the product you wish to buy is cheaper elsewhere, please call us and we will do our up most to match or beat the price you have been quoted by another store or website.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from our web site for a full refund.
This does not apply to items made to your specification i.e. Upholstery or Perishable goods (Supplements).
If you decide to cancel your order you must write to us at our Head Office or send an e mail to email@example.com either before your order is despatched or within seven working days of delivery of your order.
You must quote your order number/reference.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, even if it has not yet been received or you refuse to accept the delivery, then you are responsible for all return freight charges to Staffs Fitness.
If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it has arrived damaged then you will not be charged for its return.
If you cancel your order in writing within seven working days of delivery of you order it is your responsibility to return the order to Staffs Fitness at your expense.
You must ensure that goods are securely packaged in their original packaging and insured against loss or damage and the goods arrive in an as new saleable condition by a carrier who requires a signature as proof of delivery.
All installation prices quoted on our web site are for ground floor installations within Mainland UK.
If your installation address is outside of this zone then we will contact you prior to processing payment to discuss and agree an installation price with you. If you require further information please contact us on 01538 387960 for a cost prior to ordering.
We are may be able to complete installations to off shore postcodes. Please call us to discuss your requirements.
It is essential that the space for the order has been cleared prior to our Installer attending site. If the Installer is concerned about any Health and Safety risks at site they may refuse to install until the problem is rectified.
If for any reason there is a delay and the Installer is not able to commence work, Staffs Fitness reserve the right to charge waiting time at £20 for every half hour delay.
We must be informed at the time of placing the order where the products are to be installed. All prices quoted are for ground floor installations in the main part of the property or a garage at the side of the main building. Installations above or below ground floor level or in a building not linked to the main property, will be subject to a surcharge especially if not mentioned at the time of placing the order.
You may be asked to assist the Installer to get the order into the location; if no help is available then a two man installation team may be required at an extra cost.
If for any reason the order will not fit into the space required, and Staffs Fitness did not measure the area then Staffs Fitness cannot be held responsible and the customer will incur the cost of the visit. Agreed installation times must be agreed to.
Adequate parking must be provided by the customer. Any charges incurred by the Installer for parking will be chargeable.
Due to the size of some of the delivery vehicles Staffs Fitness or any carriers delivering on our behalf must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivery vehicles.
This includes but is not limited to steps, overhanging vegetation, driveways, ornaments, narrow lanes or any other restriction which may make it difficult for the delivery vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery.
Staffs Fitness will not accept any claims for compensation for non/failed/refused deliveries where we were not notified of restricted access.
In the event that the item is refused and the order is subsequently returned you are responsible for all outward and returned carriage costs and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Specific Delivery Dates
It may be possible to request delivery for a specific date. Staffs Fitness will do their best to accommodate but cannot guarantee.
Our aim is to deliver the Goods within the agreed timescale on the order. However it is not always possible to do this. Staffs Fitness accept no liability for any incidental expenses caused by late or failed deliveries, or for any damage caused to property while delivering or installing your goods.
Staffs Fitness shall not be liable for any delay or for any consequence of any delay on production or delivery of any Equipment if caused by fire, strikes, lockouts, dispute with workmen, flood, accidents, delay in transport, shortage of fuel, default of supplier, inability to obtain material, embargo act or demand of any government, government department or local authority as a consequence of war or of hostilities, (whether war be declared or not) or by any Act of God or by any other matter whatsoever beyond Staffs Fitness's reasonable control.
When the delivery carrier brings your order you must count the pieces you receive and look for any damage to the boxes.
If the number of boxes you receive does not match the quantities outlined on the carrier delivery note you must note the amount of packages you receive on your delivery note.
If for any reason the packaging is damaged you must sign for it and write on the delivery note PACKAGING DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. If you do not sign the paperwork this may invalidate your right to a refund.
It is very important that you check your order. A signature is acceptance that you have received the whole order and that the packaging was in good condition.
If for any reason your order is found to be faulty upon delivery or it develops a fault after delivery we will arrange for the order to be collected free of charge or an Engineer call at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Items for collection must be packed in the original or secure appropriate packaging and be made available for collection within 24hours of notifying us that they are faulty. If when the carrier arrives the order is not ready for collection then a charge will be made to you for a redelivery.
Once the order is back at Staffs Fitness a full check will take place and if necessary a replacement product will be sent out in its place.
If the order is found not to be faulty on inspection then we will return it back to you and will charge a delivery charge for its return.
Please be advised that if a proof of purchase is not available we reserve the right to charge you for any repairs.
All products on our web site are covered by a warranty.
Before you order you need to ensure that the product you are buying is suitable for the environment you want to use it in. If for example you purchase a home use product but then put it into a commercial gym environment the warranty will be null and void.
If for any reason you are unsure on the categories for equipment please contact us and we will be happy to help.
No warranty covers misuse of the product or customisation or altering of the product in any way.
The warranty does not include the eradication of noise and other performance issues related to normal wear and tear and which can be eliminated by maintenance as outlined in the owner's manual.
The warranty also excludes consumable items such as lubricants, batteries.
Warranties only apply to products sold in within mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
Extended warranties are available on request.
We take your security very seriously at Staffs Fitness. That is why any transactions you make over our web site are instantly encrypted and completely safe, and all your credit card details are securely passed to our provider. We do not see any of your credit card details and they are also not stored in our databases.
Staffs Fitness Ltd use WorldPay as our Payment Processor. Our checkout is a secured with a valid secure certificate.
All customer information will be treated under the terms of the Data Protection Act. We will not pass on your details to other companies. We may identify and inform you of other products and services offered by Staffs Fitness. which would be of interest to you. You must tell us if you do not wish us to do so.
Staffs Fitness takes all of our customers seriously and we try to offer the best possible service available. However if you feel that you have something to complain about you may direct it to our Complaints Department on 01538 387960

Staffs Fitness reserves the right to amend equipment specifications or prices without prior notice and such amendments shall take effect upon notice to the customer.
We also endeavour to keep product information as up to date as possible. However specifications will be liable to change without notice.
Due to the nature of our Refurbished product i.e. how old a product is or how much it has previously been used, there may be a difference in finish (Colour,Texture) of the final product.
Staffs Fitness makes every effort to provide accurate and up to date information. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions on our web site or in our brochures. If a pricing error is discovered on an order we will contact you to see if you wish to cancel or continue your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
All orders through are web site are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or anyone else in those circumstances.
Staffs Fitness does not endorse the views of any Supplier or other parties that we come into contact with.
